The method for selecting the technique for the plastic reconstruction of non-large hernias of the anterior abdominal wall comprises diagnosing the grade of undifferentiated dysplasia of the connective tissue by the modified scoring of the phenotypic signs according to Milkovska-Dymytrova classification modified by Abakumova. In addition, the ventilation function of the lungs is assessed by spirometry and the sonography of the anterior abdominal wall is provided for measuring the size of the hernial gates. When the solitary defect does not exceed , the undifferentiated dysplasia is of slight degree, the mean amplitude is more than 185 µV, the central frequency is more than 82 s, the ventilation function of the lungs is preserved, the autoplasty or alloplasty is performed with open, laparoscopic or combined approach with suturing of the hernial gates. When the solitary defect is up to in diameter, the undifferentiated dysplasia is of moderate degree, the mean amplitude is within 95-185 µV, the central frequency is within the range of 44-82 s, the ventilation function of the lungs is moderately impaired, the alloplasty is performed with open or laparoscopic approach with or without suturing of the hernial gates. When several defects are present with the total diameter up to or the defect in the setting of diastasis, the undifferentiated dysplasia is of severe degree, the mean amplitude is below 95 µV, the central frequency is less than 44 s, the ventilation function of the lungs is severely impaired, the alloplasty is performed with open approach adhering to non-tension hernioplasty principles.Способ выбора метода пластики при грыжах передней брюшной стенки малых и средних размеров включает диагностику степени недифференцированной дисплазии соединительной ткани у больного с применением модифицированной балльной оценки значимости отдельных фенотипических признаков по классификации Т.
