PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effect of packing an affected part swollen red with inflammation and at the same time an effect of fixedly taping rupture of the muscle for rest by using the invention of a combination of a taping tape and a wet pack while conventionally a taping tape for fixing and a wet pack for suppressing inflammation are each effective with direct application, so that a choice is required causing less effectiveness.SOLUTION: A conventional wet pack has a size limited of 7×10 cm, 10×14 cm, or 14×20 cm. By making the pack long wound, a fixing force is produced by wrapping and winding an affected part. Consequently, worrying is eliminated about the choice of giving priority to the wet pack for effectively sticking direct on an affected part or to the taping tape for fixing for rest. One process is thereby sufficient for treatment of winding a bandage on a wet pack, reducing a rash if any by thinning materials down in some small way.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】固定をするテーピングテープと炎症を抑える湿布は直接貼りが互いに有効なために選択が迫られ効果が少なかったが、本発明はテーピングテープと湿布が一緒なために患部に湿布して赤く腫れた炎症を抑えるのと同時に筋断裂部をテーピング固定し安静にさせる効果を提供する。【解決手段】従来の湿布の大きさは7×10cm 10×14cm 14×20cmとサイズが限定されていたがこれを長巻にしたことで患部を包み込み巻く事により固定力が生まれ、患部に直接貼る事により有効となる湿布を貼るか、テーピングテープを施すか、どちらを優先させるか選択に悩まないで、湿布に包帯を巻く処置も一工程ですみ、少しでも素材を薄くすることで被れるのを軽減することができる。【選択図】図1
