The development of anti microbial compound is an important aspect of todays medical science. However, by the ancient time of medical treatment, some household antibacterial products were used to treat the infection in human beings. The development of antimicrobial agent/ compound from natural resources as well as new novel synthesis compounds (heterocyclic) is considered to be a promising approach. The urinary tract infection, enteric fever and pus infection in surgical & nonsurgical site in human beings is a significant world wide problem in medical science. This type of problem may be found in diabetic/ non- diabetic both in male and female persons. 1,2,3- benzotriazole compound is an active and more effective heterocyclic compound to control such problems as an economical in comparison to other antibiotics as already available in markets. It shall be a better functioning and good antibiotics, if World Health Organization, International Drug Development Agency and Indian Government Organization/ Agency approved and recommend its use in human beings.
