The present invention provides a bone marrow harvesting device which is used to drill a bone to harvest bone marrow in the bone. The bone marrow harvesting device may include: an outer needle including a hollow housing, a cutting edge formed at a front end of the housing, and a locking groove formed at a rear side of the housing； and an inner needle including a body having a predetermined length, a cutting edge formed at a front end of the body, a connection member formed at a rear end of the body, and a locking lever projecting outwardly from an outer circumferential surface of the body, the inner needle being inserted and fitted into the locking groove of the outer needle so as to rotate together with the outer needle.
