CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a drainage layer material for constructing vegetation ground preparing organic pieces(10) formed with 60-80wt% of organic pieces with the particle diameter of 1-2cm, 15-30wt% of organic pieces with the particle diameter of 0.5-1cm, and 5-10wt% of organic pieces with the particle diameter smaller than 0.5cm； preparing an aqueous solution of a first coating material(20) including a compound containing silicon, and a compound containing urea, a phosphoric acid containing material, sulfuric acid, and potassium； spraying the first coating material solution to the organic pieces, or soaking the organic pieces in the solution； semi-drying the organic pieces for coating the first coating material； and coating a second coating material(30) containing a calcium containing material, a magnesium containing material, and minerals to the organic pieces.본 발명은 입경이 1㎝ 초과 및 2㎝ 이하인 유기물편 65~80 중량%, 입경이 0.5㎝ 초과 및 1㎝ 이하인 유기물편 15~30 중량%, 및 입경이 0.5㎝ 이하인 유기물편 5~10 중량%로 구성된 유기물편들； 상기 유기물편들 각각의 표면에 요소, 인산 함유 물질, 황산과 칼륨을 함유하는 물질 및 규소 함유 물질을 포함하는 제1피복물질이 코팅되어 형성된 제1피복층； 및 상기 제1피복층의 표면에 칼슘 함유 물질, 마그네슘 함유 물질 및 광물질을 포함하는 제2피복물질이 코팅되어 형성된 제2피복층을 포함하는 염해지의 식재지반 조성을 위한 배수층재를 제공한다.염해지의 식재지반 조성 시 본 발명에 따른 배수층재로 형성된 배수층은 염 함유 모세관수의 상승 차단 효과 및 염분 흡착 능력이 뛰어나고 식재지반의 배수를 원활하게 하고 동시에 식재지반 내 식재층 내지 근권층의 유효 수분을 적정 수준으로 유지시킬 수 있기 때문에 식재지반의 안정화, 식물(특히 수목)의 정상적인 착근과 생장, 토양 건조의 예방 및 식물의 고사 방지 등과 같은 다양한 양상으로 토양 환경을 개선한다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 배수층재는 배수층 형성시 부직포 등과 같은 스크린을 필요로 하지 않으며, 수피(나무 껍질)과 같은 난분해성 물질을 주재로 하기 때문에 신뢰할만한 수준의 내구성을 가진다.
