Provided by the present invention is a pedicle screw having a 4-line screw thread capable of being more strongly combined with soft cancellous bone tissues by: enabling advancement of far distance inside a spine bone by one rotation by being formed with a 4-line screw thread； being tightly bonded with bone tissues of a cortical bone by forming the entire 4-line screw thread to correspond to a part implanted in the cortical bone of a spine bone with an embossed screw densely； forming a 2-line (odd and even lines) screw thread corresponding to a part implanted in the cortical bone of a spine bone with an embossed screw thread； and forming a 2-line (odd and even lines) screw thread with an engraved screw thread. The present invention: can enable 4 times faster advancement compared to 1-line screw thread when a screw nail is being inserted and fixated onto pedicle by forming a 4-line screw thread on the entire screw thread； and provides stronger adhesive force not only for cortical bone but also for cancellous bone since cancellous bone tissues are inserted into an engraved screw thread by forming a screw thread engraved at a part of being fixated on the cancellous bone.본 발명은 4줄 나사산으로 구성하여 한번의 회전으로 척추 뼈속에서 많은 거리를 전진할 수 있으며, 척추 뼈의 피질골에 박히는 부분에 해당하는 4줄 나사산 전부를 양각 나사산으로 촘촘하게 구성하여 피질골의 뼈조직과 단단히 결합되도록 하고, 척추 뼈의 해면골에 박히는 부분에 해당하는 2줄(홀수줄 또는 짝수줄) 나사산은 양간 나사산으로 구성하고, 2줄(짝수줄 또는 홀수줄) 나사산은 음각 나사산으로 구성함으로써, 연약한 해면골 조직에 더욱 강하게 결합이 가능한 4줄 나사산을 구비하는 척추경 나사못을 제공한다.본 발명에 의하면, 나사못 전체에 4줄의 나사산을 형성하여 척추경에 나사못을 삽입 및 고정시킬 때 한줄 나사산에 비해 4배 빨리 전진시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 해면골에 고정되는 부분에는 음각으로 파인 나사산을 형성함으로써 해면골 조직이 음각 나사산 사이로 파고 들어 피질골 뿐만 아니라 해면골에서도 더욱 강력한 결합력을 제공한다.
