An ultrasound system and a clutter filtering method thereof are provided. The clutter filtering method includes the steps of: transmitting an ultrasound signal to an object receiving a reflection signal reflected from the object performing a singular value decomposition (SVD) on a plurality of doppler signals constituting the reflection signal dividing a representation of the object into a plurality of regions according to a result of performing the SVD determining cutoff frequencies of the plurality of regions according to different methods and performing clutter filtering on the plurality of regions by using the determined cutoff frequencies.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015초음파 시스템 및 이의 클러터 필터링 방법이 개시된다. 본 클러터 필터링 방법은, 대상체에 대해 초음파 신호를 발산하는 단계, 대상체로부터 반사되는 반사 신호를 수신하는 단계, 반사 신호를 구성하는 복수의 도플러 신호에 대해 SVD(Singular Value Decomposition)을 수행하는 단계, SVD결과에 따라 대상체를 복수의 영역으로 구분하는 단계, 복수의 영역에 대해 서로 다른 방식으로 차단 주파수를 결정하는 단계 및 결정된 차단 주파수를 이용하여 복수의 영역 별로 클러터 필터링을 수행하는 단계를 포함한다.
