The control nipple and outlet nipple are moveable relative to each other from a first position to a second position, such that in the first position the fluid is transferred through a tip of the control nipple to the outlet nipple at a first flow rate, and in the second position the fluid is transferred through the tip of the control nipple to the outlet nipple at a second flow rate different from the first flow rate.
