PURPOSE: A selectable marker-free transgenic vector is provided to efficiently and simply prepare a selectable marker-free transgenic plant without other chemical or thermal treatment. CONSTITUTION: A selectable marker-free recombinant plant expression vector contains CaMV 35S-derived minimal promoter with a base sequence of sequence number 1. The vector contains two loxP locus genes, a selection marker gene, the minimal promoter, and Cre recombinase gene under the regulation of the promoter. A method for producing a selectable marker-free transgenic plant comprises the steps of: inserting a foreign gene to the vector and transforming a plant cell; and redifferentiating a transgenic plant from the transformed plant cells.본 발명은 CaMV 35S 유래의 최소 프로모터를 포함하는 선별 마커-프리 (selectable marker-free) 재조합 식물 발현 벡터, 상기 재조합 식물 발현 벡터를 이용한 선별 마커-프리 형질전환 식물체의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 선별 마커-프리 형질전환 식물체 및 이의 종자에 관한 것이다.
