PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthetic member for living bodies capable of enhancing binding force to a patients bone from an initial stage when being attached to the patients bone and retaining the high binding force to the patients bone over a long period of time.SOLUTION: A prosthetic member 1 comprises: a body part 2 and an attachment part 3. The attachment part 3 is integrally provided with the body part 2 and attached to the iliac bone 100, with coming into contact with the iliac bone 100. The attachment part 3 includes a plurality of protrusions taperedly extending outward the attachment part 3.
