The present invention provides a pencil-form cosmetic composition which has a good stability at high temperature, an excellent smoothness during application, and an excellent long-lasting property, and also provides a cosmetic product thereof.The pencil-form cosmetic composition comprises (a) 15 to 50 % by mass of volatile oil, (b) 5 to 25 % by mass of heavy liquid isoparaffin, and (c) 5 to 30 % by mass of rice wax.
