The present invention relates to a composition for treating skin damage-induced inflammatory diseases and ameliorating skin wrinkles, containing, as an active ingredient, cellular senescence inhibitor which is an inhibitor of ATM/ATR protein phosphoenzyme. According to the present invention, the composition increases collagen productivity and thus shows effectiveness in ameliorating skin wrinkles.
