PURPOSE: Tong scissors enabling users to cut fruits or agricultural products by holding the scissors in both hands are provided to prevent the falling of the cut fruits or agricultural products. CONSTITUTION: Tong scissors comprises the following: first and second bodies(1, 2) having cutting blades(11, 21), cutting units(13, 23) with hinge grooves(3, 12, 22) on the center, and handles(14, 24)； tongs(15, 25) attached to the first and second bodies, respectively； and anti-slip units installed on the front sides of the tongs. The tongs are directly fixed to the cutting units of the bodies, or detachably mounted on attaching and detaching mount units formed on the cutting units.본 발명은 일측에 절단날이 형성되고 중심부에 힌지홈이 형성된 절단부와 타측에는 손잡이로 구성된 제1 몸체 및 제2 몸체를 상기 힌지홈에 힌지축을 삽입하여 힌지결합시킨 가위에 있어서, 상기 제1 몸체 및 제2 몸체는, 절단된 물체를 잡기 위한 집게가 각각 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 집게가위에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 오이, 포도 등의 농작물이나 과일 등을 절단하는 가위의 특정 부위에 집게를 형성하여 과일이나 농작물이 절단됨과 동시에 그 집게를 통해 절단된 농작물이 아래로 떨어지지 않도록 지지함으로써 한 손만을 이용하여 농작물이나 과일 등을 절단하고 수확할 수 있으며, 이때 다른 손은 담는 상자 등을 항상 들고 이동할 수 있고 숙달되는 경우에는 양손 모두 가위를 들고 과일 등을 절단할 수 있어 편의성 및 생산성을 증대시킬 수 있는 집게가위를 제공할 수 있다.
