The present invention relates to an eco-friendly double cinerary urn, which comprises: an outer container (110) made of yellow soil and charcoal, and provided with a jar-shape container having an open top structure an inner container (120) accommodated and seated in the outer container (110) of the jar-shape container, formed in a pot shape and made of the wood from bamboo or cypress, having an open top structure, and putting and storing ashes therein a ring member (130) fitted and inserted into the outer container (110), seated and disposed in an upper end surface of the inner container (120) and made of cypress a sealing inner container cap (140) fitted and inserted into the outer container (110), closely placed on an upper surface of the ring member (130), sealing an inlet of the inner container (120) to prevent moisture from penetrating into the inner container (120), and made of cypress and an outer container lid (150) coupled to the outer container to seal an inlet of the outer container (110). Also, an insulating space (101) having an insulation function by an air layer is formed between the outer and inner containers (110)(120). According to the present invention, the airtightness of the cinerary urn can be enhanced by a double structure design and also, the insulation can be ensured through the air layer.
