The fitness wear of the present invention includes a plurality of fiber electrode portions attached to the fitness wear and a control module mounted on one side of the fitness wear, supplying power to the fiber electrode portion measuring an electrocardiogram and an electromyogram and providing the same to an external device. Particularly, the fiber electrode portion includes a fiber electrode, a support member covering the outer surface of the fiber electrode and woven in a mesh form with a fiber material, and an elastic band disposed across one surface of the support member and increasing the skin contact force of the fiber electrode.
