The pharmaceutical composition of claim 1, wherein the C6-C12 fat is selected from at least one of monoglycerides, diglycerides, triglycerides, and combinations thereof, which preferably contain C6-C12 fatty acid chains. The pharmaceutical composition of claim 2, wherein the C6-C12 fat is a saturated C6-C12 fat. The pharmaceutical composition according to claim 3, wherein the monoglycerides, diglycerides and triglycerides in>； 50% of cases contain C6-C12 fatty acid chains. The pharmaceutical composition according to any one of paragraphs. 1-4, in which the pharmaceutical composition contains about 0.25 mg of estradiol or about 0.26 mg of estradiol hemihydrate； and about 50 mg of progesterone. 6.
