PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine injection device which is easy to use, and a control method thereof.SOLUTION: A medicine injection device comprises: a main body case 2 having an injection needle come-in-out opening 1 from which an injection needle 14 comes out； a medicine syringe attachment part 3 disposed in the main body case 2, and to which a medicine syringe 4 is attached； a piston 5 which is movably provided to the medicine syringe 4 attached to the medicine syringe attachment part 3； a drive mechanism 6 for driving the piston 5； a display part for displaying information related to dosage of the medicine； a memory disposed in the main body case 2, and storing a preset medicine dosage schedule； and a control part 7 which is electrically coupled to the drive mechanism, the display part, and the memory, and setting again, a current medicine dosage, by comparing a medicine dosage schedule accumulation amount which is an accumulation amount of the medicine which is planned to be administered until a last time, based on the medicine dosage schedule stored in the memory and a medicine dosage execution accumulation amount which is an accumulation amount of the medicine which is actually administered until the last time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】使い勝手の向上した薬剤注入装置及び薬剤注入装置の制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】薬剤注入装置は、注射針１４が出没する注射針出没開口部１を有する本体ケース２と、本体ケース２内に設けられ、薬剤シリンジ４が装着される薬剤シリンジ装着部３と、薬剤シリンジ装着部３に装着される薬剤シリンジ４に対して可動自在に設けられたピストン５と、ピストン５を駆動する駆動機構６と、薬剤の投与に関する情報を表示する表示部と、本体ケース２内に設けられ、予め設定された薬剤投与スケジュールを記憶するメモリと、駆動機構、表示部、及びメモリに電気的に接続され、メモリに記憶されている薬剤投与スケジュールに基づいて前回まで投与される予定の薬剤の累積量である薬剤投与予定累積量と、前回まで実際に投与された薬剤の累積量である薬剤投与実行累積量との比較により、今回の薬剤投与量を再設定する制御部７とを備える。【選択図】図２
