Medical systems, devices and methods are provided for accessing a bodilyopening that, among other things, aresafe and reliable, and facilitate manipulation of a medical instrument. Themedical access device generally includes an elongatedflexible sheath and an expandable frame connected to the distal end of theflexible sheath. The sheath and expandable frame areoperable between expanded and collapsed configurations to provide a pathwayfrom a natural orifice to the bodily opening. Medicalsystems and methods are also provided for delivering the medical device.
