The present invention relates to an ionizer. In one embodiment of the present invention, at least one surface of a substrate is formed to be uneven, at least one electrode for generating at least one among positive ions and negative ions is formed, and an optical catalyst is coated on top of the uneven surface. The electrode is formed on a surface opposite to the uneven surface, and two or more substrates are arranged side by side so that the electrode and the uneven surface face each other with a gap therebetween.
