The invention concerns multi-dose dry powder inhalers, particularly those including a reservoir. The inhalers can be used, for instance, to deliver medicaments for treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) e.g. a dry powder comprising formoterol fumarate dihydrate and lactose monohydrate. The inhalers are suitable for twice daily administration of inhalable medicaments to COPD patients.
