A hair moisturising complexing agent-containing hair care composition, which in addition to a preservative, a flavouring, a chelating agent, an antioxidant and water, contains (by weight percentage): (A) 0.05%-0.5% of a cationic polymer (B) 0.5%-3% of a cationic surfactant (C) 0.5%-10.0% of a fatty alcohol (D) 0.05%-1% of hydroxyethyl cellulose (E) 1.0%-20% of a hair moisturising complexing active agent.Linvention concerne une composition de soins capillaires contenant un agent complexant hydratant les cheveux, contenant (en pourcentage en poids), en plus dun conservateur, dun aromatisant, dun agent chélateur, dun antioxydant et deau : (A) de 0,05 à 0,5% dun polymère cationique (B) de 0,5 à 3% dun tensioactif cationique (C) de 0,5 à 10% dun alcool gras (D) de 0,05 à 1% dhydroxyéthylcellulose (E) de 1,0 à 20% dun agent actif complexant hydratant les cheveux.
