Claimed too is the cell sorter used to produce the vaccine and the method of multiplying Treg cells in vitro.L'objectif de l'invention consiste en un vaccin thérapeutique pour le traitement du diabète de type 1 chez les enfants. Ledit vaccin contient - des lymphocytes T régulateurs CD3(+)CD4(+)CD25(élevé)CD127(-). L'invention concerne également le trieur de cellules utilisé afin de produire le vaccin et le procédé de multiplication des lymphocytes T régulateurs in vitro.
