The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating an inflammatory disease comprising a novel isoquinoline compound as an active ingredient. The novel isoquinoline compounds according to the present invention inhibit Nnclear factor kappa B (NF-kB) activity, decrease gene expression in the TLR4 signaling pathway, and have an effect of effectively relieving inflammation by inhibiting the expression of inflammatory cytokines, thereby being usefully used for the prevention or treatment of inflammatory diseases.본 발명은 신규한 이소퀴놀린 화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 신규한 이소퀴놀린 화합물은 NF-kB(Nnclear factor kappa B) 활성을 저해하고, TLR4 신호전달경로의 유전자 발현을 감소시키며, 염증성 사이토카인의 발현을 억제함으로써 염증을 효과적으로 완화시키는 효과를 가지고 있어, 염증성 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
