PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely achieve decontamination between an inlet door and a sealing material on a sterilization warehouse side.
SOLUTION: A work chamber 11 and a storing chamber 21 respectively include communicating walls 41, 51 and partition walls 42, 52. When the work chamber and the storing chamber are communicated with each other, a communicating part sealing material 43 seals between the respective communicating walls, a partition part sealing material 44 seals between the respective partition walls, and one of the respective partition wall is provided with an annular contraction part 45 having elasticity. The contraction part causes the respective partition walls to closely contact with each other through the partition part sealing material. On the other hand, the respective communicating walls are capable of entering a first state of having a gap therebetween and a second state of contacting each other through the communicating part sealing material, and the respective partition walls, the respective communicating parts and the communicating part sealing material can be decontaminated by the decontamination gas introduced from a gas inlet 46 provided in at least one of the partition walls in the first state.
