The invention relates to a calculation and analysis method for testing cognitive competence values. The method at least comprises the following steps: obtaining feedback information input by a tester and collecting response information of the tester for stimulus information in the test process obtaining test grades of at least two test dimensions which are used for evaluating the cognitive competence according to the feedback information and generating a test sample on the obtained test grades of the test dimensions, and combining the test sample and the response information to obtain a test report. According to the calculation and analysis method for testing cognitive competence values, the cognitive competence is tested from 16 dimensions, so that the test dimensions are increased and the test correctness is improved and proper norm groups are selected according to the related background information of the tester, so that the test result accords with the practical situation of the tester to a greater extent.
