PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thawing device which employs fins as a water-using heat-conductive material, the device having a fin structure in which the fin structure improves the conductivity of warm or hot water.SOLUTION: The thawing device includes: a plate-like thawing plate on which an object to be thawed is placed a thawing heat transmission body on which the thawing plate is placed and which is provided with fins whose lower part sides are immersed to transmit heat and a heat transmission body container which accommodates the thawing heat transmission body and immerses the lower part side of the accommodated thawing heat transmission body. In this case, the thawing heat transmission body is formed, with an aluminum material, to be rectangular parallelepiped, and a plurality of fins, which vertically stand from the upper part base board, are provided.
