PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing device for a hemodialyzer, the washing device capable of introducing a required amount of washing fluid into a dialysate solution collection passage due to use of a fluid supply pump P1 with higher flow rate per unit time.SOLUTION: A washing device circulates washing fluid within a washing fluid circulation passage comprising a closed circuit to wash each part of a hemodialyzer. The washing device is provided with measurement means to measure an amount of the washing fluid supplied. When starting washing, the washing device operates a fluid supply pump P1 without forming the washing fluid circulation passage to introduce a required amount of the washing fluid by the measurement means into the washing fluid circulation passage. As the measurement means described above, dialysate solution chambers 21, 22 can be used. The chambers 21, 22 are internally partitioned by partition walls and formed into two chambers comprising dialysate solution supply chambers 21a, 22a and dialysate solution collection chambers 21b, 22b. When the fluid supply pump P1 is operated at the start of washing, the washing device measures and introduces the washing fluid in a washing fluid tank 43 by a volume of the dialysate solution supply chambers through a supply circuit 25, while fluid in the dialysate solution collection chambers is discharged outside through a waste passage.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【解決手段】 洗浄液は閉回路からなる洗浄液循環経路内で循環されて各部の洗浄が行われる。洗浄液の供給量を計量する計量手段が設けられ、洗浄開始時には洗浄液循環経路を形成しない状態で給液ポンプP1が作動されて、上記計量手段により所定量の洗浄液が洗浄液循環経路中に導入される。上記計量手段として、隔壁によって内部が透析液供給室21a、22aと透析液回収室21b、22bとの2室に区画形成された透析液チャンバ21、22を用いることができる。洗浄開始時に給液ポンプP1が作動された際には、洗浄液タンク43の洗浄液が給液回路25を介して上記透析液供給室の容積分だけ計量されて導入されると同時に、上記透析液回収室内の液体が排液通路から外部に排出されるようになっている。【効果】 単位時間当たりの流量の大きい給液ポンプP1を用いているので、迅速に所要量の洗浄液を透析液回収通路に導入することができる。【選択図】 図2
