The present invention relates to an intraoral fast-dissolving multi-unit pharmaceutical composition containing two or more active ingredients. The pharmaceutical composition of the present invention has the same level of drug release as a single agent and thus, it is possible to expect the same pharmacological effect as a sing agent. In addition, since the number of agents to be taken is decreasing, medication compliance is expected to improve. In particular, according to the present invention, a second coating coated on an enteric coating layer is smoothly performed and therefore, it is possible to solve the problems arising at the time of coating a solifenacin drug layer on the enteric coating layer.본 발명은 2 이상의 유효성분을 포함하며 복수의 단위유닛으로 이루어지는 구강 내 속붕해 다중유닛 약제학적 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 약제학적 조성물은 단일제제와 비교하여 동일한 정도의 약물 방출성을 갖기 때문에, 단일제제와 동등한 약리학적 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 또한, 복용하는 제제수가 감소하기 때문에 복용 컴플라이언스가 향상되는 것이 기대된다. 특히, 본 발명에 의하면, 장용층 상에 코팅되는 제 2층 코팅이 장용층 상에 원활이 행해짐으로써, 장용층 상에 솔리페나신 약물층을 코팅할 때의 문제점을 해결할 수 있다.
