The present invention relates to a filter assembly for a syringe which filters and collects foreign substances drawn together with medicinal fluid from an ampoule when the medicinal fluid of the ampoule is sucked into a syringe and blocks the collected foreign substances from flowing and being injected together with the medicinal fluid when the medicinal fluid in the syringe is injected into the human body so as to only allow the medicinal fluid to be injected; and to a syringe and a ringer assembly comprising the same. The filter assembly for a syringe comprises: a needle holder for fixing a syringe needle to a front end and a neck unit of a cylinder is fitted into a rear end. The filter unit comprises: a support member having a head unit in a short tube shape with a hollow an outer surface of a front end thereof in the longitudinal direction adhering to a corresponding inner circumference of the needle holder and one or more through holes penetrating in the front and back directions along a circumference between the hollow and an outer lateral edge and an extension tube formed extensively from a rear central portion of the head unit to a rear portion thereof; a trumpet shaped valve member having a skirt unit in which a front end unit covers at least an outer peripheral surface of the through holes disposed on the front surface of the support member and an extension unit in which a rear end unit extended toward a rear portion of the inner circumference of the rear surface of the skirt unit comes into contact with the rear end of the hollow of the support member or is protruding to form the extension unit with a cut out line on a center portion of the rear end portion; and a filter having a front end unit coupled in a way that the same covers a lateral wall of the extension tube adjacent to the head unit wherein the front end unit has a pouch shaped opening and is made of fiber.
