The present invention relates to a concentration, fatigue or drowsiness monitoring system based on an autonomic nervous system signal reflecting brain activity, which determines brain activity according to a biometric signal of a driver by using a big data-based machine learning model generated by inputting an autonomic nervous system biometric signal and features of the brain activity estimated from the autonomic nervous system biometric signal, and outputs concentration and fatigue states of the driver according to the brain activity.
