The present invention relates to an apparatus for selecting a grain sample and, specifically, to a kit for selecting a grain sample capable of easily selecting a sample in plant diseases from a large amount of grain samples in a short time, and to a use thereof. According to the present invention, a kit for separating a grain sample is capable of reducing the time and costs by selecting a large amount of contaminated grain samples in a shortened time in comparison with a conventional method, mass-producing and supplying a large amount thereof as the kit is manufactured by a relatively simple configuration, and quickly and accurately performing a process of separating and culturing bacteria causing plant diseases.본 발명은 곡류 시료를 선별하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 대량의 곡류 시료들로부터 식물병에 걸린 시료를 단시간 내에 쉽게 선별해 낼 수 있게 하는 곡류 시료 선별용 키트 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 곡류 시료 분리용 키트는 기존의 방식에 비해 단축된 시간 안에 대량의 오염된 곡류 시료를 선별할 수 있어 시간 및 비용을 절감할 수 있고, 비교적 간단한 구성에 의해 키트가 제조될 수 있어 대량생산 및 공급이 가능하며, 식물병의 원인균을 분리배양하는 절차를 신속 정확하게 수행할 수 있게 하는 장점이 있다.
