PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraocular lens injector capable of suppressing various problems due to sticking of a lens and suitably sending out an intraocular lens even when it is kept for a long period of time in the state of placing the intraocular lens inside an injector.
SOLUTION: In the intraocular lens injector provided, in a cylindrical part body, with a lens insertion part including an insertion cylinder for inserting the intraocular lens from the incision wound of an eyeball and a mounting part for mounting the intraocular lens at the proximal end of the insertion cylinder and an extrusion means installed movably in an axial direction and having an extrusion rod for extruding the intraocular lens from the lens insertion part, the intraocular lens injector includes a holding member with a holding base detachably attached to the cylindrical part body for holding the intraocular lens in the hollow of the placing part in the state of not applying stress, which is the holding member detachable in the state of leaving the intraocular lens in the placing part by being pulled out relative to the placing part.
