PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of rapidly displaying a segmentation result using information having little storage capacity even when a display condition is changed: and to provide an image processing program.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes a setting part and a generation part. The setting part performs a first segmentation processing for extracting a region satisfying a first segmentation condition on the basis of the comparison between a pixel value in a first image where a subject is imaged and the first segmentation condition to set a reference position in the region.
