The fermented is suitable to be inserted into the composition of a constituent source of a bacterium, in particular a probiotic, and, at the same time, of a fermented, in particular rich in omega - 3, for the growth of it, for nutritional, therapeutic and cosmetic use in particular it can be used as a food supplement.La présente invention concerne un procédé de culture dune bactérie anaérobie, obligatoire ou facultative, en particulier Lactobacillus sp., qui consiste à inoculer des bactéries anaérobies dans un extrait, homogénéisé ou entier, des micro-algues unicellulaires dans un milieu solvant dans des conditions anaérobies. Les micro-algues unicellulaires ont une concentration dans le milieu solvant capable de soutenir la croissance des bactéries anaérobies. Ce procédé permet dobtenir un produit fermenté comprenant à la fois un milieu de culture bactérienne et une population bactérienne cultivée dans celui-ci. Le produit fermenté est approprié pour être inséré dans la composition dune source constitutive dune bactérie, en particulier un probiotique, et, en même temps, dun produit fermenté, en particulier riche en oméga-3, pour la croissance de celui-ci, à des fins dutilisations nutritionnelle, thérapeutique et cosmétique en particulier, il peut être utilisé comme complément alimentaire.
