USE OF A PARTIALLY NEUTRALIZED, ANIONIC (METH)ACRYLATE COPOLYMER AS A COATING FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A MEDICAMENT RELEASING ACTIVE SUBSTANCE AT REDUCED PH VALUES
The invention relates to the use of a partially neutralized, anionic (meth)acrylate copolymer comprising radically polymerized units of 25 to 95 percent by weight of C1 to C4 alkyl esters of acrylic or methacrylic acid and 5 to 75 percent by weight of (meth)acrylate monomers with an anionic group, at least 4 percent of which are neutralized by means of a base, for producing a medicament that is provided with an active substance-containing core and is coated with the partially neutralized, anionic (meth)acrylate copolymer. The medicament releases at least 30 percent of the active substance contained therein in 30 minutes at a pH at which the active substance is sufficiently soluble and stable and at which the corresponding medicament that is coated with the non-neutralized anionic (meth)acrylate polymer releases less than 10 percent of the active substance contained therein.본 발명은, 부분 중화된 음이온 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체로 코팅된 활성 성분-함유 코어를 갖는 약제를 제조하기 위한, 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 C1- 내지 C4-알킬 에스테르 25 내지 95 중량% 및 음이온 기를 갖는 (메트)아크릴레이트 단량체 5 내지 75 중량%의 유리 라디칼 중합 단위로 구성되고, 함유된 음이온 기의 4% 이상이 염기에 의하여 중화된, 부분 중화된 음이온 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체의 용도에 관한 것이다. 상기 약제는 중화되지 않은 음이온 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체로 코팅된 상응하는 약제는 함유된 활성 성분의 10% 미만을 30 분 내에 방출하며 활성 성분이 적절히 가용성이고 안정한 pH에서, 함유된 활성 성분의 30% 이상을 30 분 내에 방출한다.
