PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add excellent antibacterial persistence to a resin composition by blending cyclic polyether ester together with an antibacterial component to a resin.SOLUTION: There are provided cyclic polyether ester (P) by binding bivalent groups represented by the general formula (1) which is a specific repeating unit, and a cyclic polyether ester composition (Q) containing the same. There is provided an antibacterial resin composition (F) containing the composition (Q) containing the (P), a polymer compound (E) having SP value of 4.0 to 22 (cal/cm3)1/2 and an antibacterial component (G).
