CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an artemisia capillaris beverage composition for treating a fatty liver comprises the following steps: extracting artemisia capillaris using 40-60% ethanol at 30-50 deg C for 20-28 hours for 2-4 times to obtain an artemisia capillaris ethanol extract； extracting 240-300L of drinking water, 30-50kg of artemisia capillaris, and 100-150g of rooibos tea at 90-110 deg C for 4-8 hours, and adding 350-450g of citric acid and 35-45g of acesulfame potassium to obtain an artemisia capillaris hot water extract； and inserting the artemisia capillaris ethanol extract into the artemisia capillaris hot water extract.본 발명은 스코파론(scoparone)을 고농도로 함유하는 인진쑥 에탄올 추출물을 인진쑥 열수 추출물에 첨가하여 인진쑥 열수 추출물 내의 스코파론의 농도를 일정하게 유지하는 단계를 포함하는 스코파론의 농도가 일정하게 유지되는 인진쑥 음료 조성물의 제조 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 스코파론(scoparone)의 농도가 일정하게 유지되는 인진쑥 음료 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 스코파론(scoparone)의 농도가 일정하게 유지되는 인진쑥 음료 조성물은 지방간에 효율적으로 이용할 수 있다.
