PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for guiding a trephine drill.SOLUTION: The distal end of the guide instrument is beak-shaped. A large beak is bifurcated and formed in a shape along the patella, while a small beak is sharp and formed in such a shape as to puncture the lower pole of the patella. A body of the guide instrument is cylindrical and a handle is attached to a tail portion. By using the guide instrument with the above structure, the part other than the proximal end of the bone on the patella side of the bone-patellar tendon can be safely and securely cut by the trephine drill.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 トレフィンドリルをガイドする器械【解決手段】 先端は嘴状で、大きな嘴は二股で膝蓋骨に沿う様な形をしており、小さな嘴は鋭く、膝蓋骨の下極に刺さるような形になっている。体部は円筒状である、尾部に取っ手をつけてある。以上の構成を持つガイドである。本発明を用いて、トレフィンドリルで骨付き膝蓋腱の膝蓋骨側の骨の近位端以外の骨を安全かつ確実に切ることができる。【選択図】図9
