PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture soil improving agent containing an artificial zeolite can recover soil fertility of culture soil only by mixing culture soil decreased fertility therewith, and to provide culture soil containing the improving agent.SOLUTION: This improving agent contains artificial zeolite or artificial zeolite which is produced by including activated carbon-like unburnt carbon, an organic fertilizer, and a water soluble mineral.
