The present invention relates to a foldable automatic upright wheelchair which can be easily carried and has reduced volume. The foldable automatic upright wheelchair includes: a first wheelchair frame coupled to a first wheel； a second wheelchair frame coupled to a second wheel； a hinge link connecting the first and second wheelchair frames； a first seat pipe which is rotatably coupled to the front part of the first wheelchair frame at one end and is mounted on the first wheelchair frame； a second seat pipe which is rotatably coupled to the second wheelchair frame at one end and is mounted on the second wheelchair frame； a first back pipe which is rotatably coupled to the other end of the first seat pipe； a second back pipe which is rotatably coupled to the other end of the second seat pipe； a first lifting unit which is coupled to the first wheelchair frame and to the first back pipe and lifts the first back pipe； and a second lifting unit which is coupled to the second wheelchair frame and to the second back pipe and lifts the second back pipe.본 발명은 휴대가 용이하고 부피를 줄인 접이식 자동 기립형 휠체어를 위하여, 제1휠이 결합된 제1휠체어 프레임과, 제2휠이 결합된 제2휠체어 프레임과, 상기 제1휠체어 프레임과 상기 제2휠체어 프레임을 연결하는 접철 링크와, 일단이 상기 제1휠체어 프레임의 전방에 회전가능하게 결합되며 상기 제1휠체어 프레임이 안착되는 제1시트 파이프와, 일단이 상기 제2휠체어 프레임에 회전가능하게 결합되며 제2휠체어 프레임에 안착되는 제2시트 파이프와, 상기 제1시트 파이프의 타단에 회전가능하게 결합되는 제1백 파이프와, 상기 제2시트 파이프의 타단에 회전가능하게 결합되는 제2백 파이프와, 상기 제1휠체어 프레임에 결합되고 상기 제1백 파이프에 결합되며 상기 제1백 파이프를 승강시키는 제1승강부와, 상기 제2휠체어 프레임에 결합되고 상기 제2백 파이프에 결합되며, 상기 제2백 파이프를 승강시키는 제2승강부를 포함하는 접이식 자동 기립형 휠체어를 제공한다.
