The present invention relates to a method of administration (especially) to a patient suffering from cancer, comprising: (a) a long acting IL-2Rβ selective agonist with an activated amount of IL-2Rβ； and (b) A CTLA-4 pathway inhibiting amount of an anti-CTLA-4 antibody or a PD-1 pathway inhibiting amount of an anti-PD-1 antibody. In one or more embodiments of the present invention, a method is provided, the method comprising: (a) an IL-2Rβ activated amount of a long acting IL-2Rβ selective agonist； and (b) CTLA-4 Administering a pathway-inhibiting amount of an anti-CTLA-4 antibody or a PD-1 pathway-inhibiting amount of an anti-PD-1 antibody to a cancer patient. For clarity, with respect to the order of steps in this method, unless otherwise indicated, the method is not limited to this order of steps, and step (a) may be performed before, after or after step (b).
