The relief region includes a first housing body, an inner cover, a first connecting base and a flexible intake head. The first housing body is used to contain a liquid. The inner cover is connected to an upper end of the first housing body. The inner cover includes at least one first containing groove. A first relief assembly is connected to an internal position of the containing groove. The first connecting base is connected to a bottom end of the first housing body. The first connecting base includes a first inner groove being in the internal position of the first housing body. The flexible intake head is embedded in the first inner groove. The flexible intake head includes a first intake channel. The pumping region includes a second housing body. The second housing body is used to contain a gas bottle.
