The purpose of the present invention is to process a chicken breast to allow a user to easily eat the same. The present invention relates to a method for processing a chicken breast for smoking to which omega-3 is added. According to the present invention, a chicken breast with more protein and less fat contents is used, and a proper amount of unsaturated fat is provided for a chicken breast having more protein contents and less unsaturated fat. When a user eats a chicken breast, health improvement is promoted as nutrients can be stably provided, and the like. In detail, the present invention has effects of removing the repulsion of women to allow the women to eat a chicken breast as diet food; and increasing the consumption of chicken and improving a texture when eating the chicken breast by improving meat quality to prevent the same from being dry and crumbling during cooking due to much protein contents.본 발명은 닭가슴살을 먹기 편하게 가공하기 위한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 단백질이 많고 지방 함량이 적은 닭가슴살을 이용하되, 단백질의 함량이 많은 반면에 불포화지방이 적은 닭가슴살에 적절한 불포화지방의 공급으로 닭가슴살을 섭취시 안정된 영양분의 공급이 가능하게 하는 등 건강증진을 도모하며, 특히 여성들로 하여금도 거부감을 없애 다이어트 식품으로 섭취가 가능하게 하며, 또한, 단백질의 함량이 많아 조리시 퍽퍽해지는 것을 방지하기 위해 육질을 개선함으로 섭취시 식감의 향상과 닭고기 소비량 증대를 도모하기 위한 오메가-3가 첨가된 훈제용 닭가슴살 가공방법에 관한 것이다.
