PURPOSE: An orthopedic appliance for a chest wall deformity is provided to perform accurate sternalgia orthopedics by minimizing a side effect occurred in a surgical treatment method. CONSTITUTION: An orthopedic appliance for a chest wall deformity includes an orthopedic support bar(110), a stabilizer(130) and a fixing part(120). The orthopedic support bar is inserted into a protruded sternalgia in order to correct sternalgia deformity. The stabilizer is connected to both ends of the orthopedic support bar and fixes the orthopedic support bar. The fixing part is prepared in a connection area of the orthopedic support bar and the stabilizer and fixes the orthopedic support bar as to the stabilizer.본 발명은 흉벽 교정기기에 관한 것으로, 흉벽 교정기기는, 흉벽 기형을 교정하기 위하여 돌출된 흉벽에 삽입되는 교정지지바아； 교정지지바아의 양단부에 연결되어 교정지지바아를 고정하는 스테빌라이져； 및 교정지지바아와 스테빌라이져의 연결 영역에 마련되어 스테빌라이져에 대해 교정지지바아를 고정하는 고정부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면 새 가슴과 같이 돌출 가슴에 흉벽 외측으로 교정지지바아를 삽입하여 압축시키는 교정 방법을 이용하여 종래 외과적 치료 방법에서 발생하는 부작용을 최소화시키는 한편 정확한 흉벽 교정을 수행할 수 있다.
