PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable wear article with easily visible pad attachment indicators that allow an absorbent pad to be attached to proper positions that differ depending on sex on an inner surface of a chassis.SOLUTION: A chassis 11 has pad attachment indicators 61 and 62 each having a contour of an absorbent pad 12 on a skin-facing surface of at least a crotch region 15. The absorbent pad 12 includes a first edge portion 12a and a second edge portion 12b opposed to each other in a longitudinal direction Y.
