FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used for surgical management of chronic generalized periodontitis of severe degree. Method involves a preoperative local anti-inflammatory therapy, Cieszynski-Widmann-Neumann's flap surgery, wound washing after removal of granulation and de-epithelialization of flaps, replacement of bone defects with osteoplastic material and suturing in interdental spaces. Preoperative anti-inflammatory therapy is performed for 14 days. In the first two days, the alveolar process of both jaws is coated both from the vestibular and oral surfaces, wadding-gauze beads impregnated with a solution of a two-component probiotic containing Bacillus Subtilis 11B and Bacillus licheniformis 31 strains in amount of 1 to 5 billion cells, in 10 ml of normal saline with exposure of 30 minutes. On the following days, gauze turrets soaked with a two-component probiotic solution are introduced, which are introduced into periodontal pockets for 30 minutes. Wound is washed with a similar solution of a two-component probiotic. Bone defects between the dental roots are replaced with a wound healing plate containing, wt%: biomass of the B. subtilis 3H 30–50 strain, collagen 50–70, which is preliminarily cut in the form of a rectangular truncated pyramid corresponding to the size and shape of the bone defect, wherein when replacing the bone cavity, the small base of the pyramid should be at the level of the dental neck, and the large base adjoins the lower wall of the bone cavity. Layer of the wound-healing plate is applied above the alveolar part of the jaw so that it is adapted to the outlines of the alveolar crest and the neck of the teeth.
