PURPOSE: A cell and a channel of an ultrasonic transducer and an ultrasonic transducer including a channel are provided to increase the effective displacement of a thin film in an ultrasonic transducer by including more ultrasonic transducer cell for transmission or reception.CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic transducer(100) comprises a substrate, a wall(20) prepared on the edge of the substrate, a plurality of posts(30) separated at a regular interval on the substrate, a thin film(40) prepared on the wall and the plurality of posts, and cavity prepared between the substrate and a thin film. The wall and the plurality of posts are integrally formed with the substrate. The wall and the post are formed on the substrate by etching the substrate.
