Procedure for obtaining a material for medical or veterinary use, particularly for performing endogenous implants, especially dental implants, or for performing bone prostheses, said material being presented in the form of a molded part consisting of 65 to 90% by weight of a biocompatible binder polymer and 10 to 35% by weight of complementary component (s) in the form of calcium hydroxyapatite and / or dicalcium or tricalcium phosphate that make a contribution of calcium and phosphorus, possibly associated (s) at least a zeolite or an oxide, said process consisting in: - homogeneously mixing the biocompatible binding polymer, the complementary component (s) that make a calcium and phosphorus contribution, and possibly at least one zeolite or an oxide, - execute a molding operation with the mixture obtained, - carry out surface pickling and decontamination operations of the molded part by passing the molded part through the bathrooms following assets: - a hydrochloric or sulfuric acid bath, subjected to ultrasound, - an acetone bath, subjected to ultrasound, - an oxygenated water bath, subjected to ultrasound, - a sodium hypochlorite bath, subjected to ultrasound, and - a bath of disinfectant product (s), subjected to ultrasound, said successive baths being separated by operations of rinsing with water or passing through water baths subjected to ultrasound, and then - subjecting the molded part to an operation of autoclave sterilization, after passing through said ultrasonic solution baths, - aseptically conditioning said decontaminated part.Procedimiento de obtención de un material de uso médico o veterinario, particularmente para la realización de implantes endoóseos, especialmente dentales, o para la realización de prótesis óseas, presentándose dicho material en forma de una pieza moldeada constituida por 65 a 90% en peso de un polímero ligante biocompatible y de 10 a 35% en peso de componente(s) complementario(s) en forma de hidroxiapatito de calcio y/o fosfato
