PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric endoscope reliably emitting heat which is generated in the inside of the tip end part of an insertion section, out of the body to enable acquisition of highly accurate observation image without spoiling curvature performance and insertability into the body of the insertion section of an endoscope.SOLUTION: An electric endoscope 1 includes: a tip end hard member 5 which is provided with a lighting part lighting a subject and an imaging part acquiring information on the image of the subject an insertion section tube part 6 which has a tip end and a base end, the tip end part of which is fixedly mounted on the tip end hard member 5, the base end part of which is fixedly mounted on an operation part 3 to form an insertion section 2, and which is structured that a plurality of tube section forming members 21, 22, 23, 24 are laminated to be formed into a flexible tube state an insertion section grip part 9 mounted at the base end side of the insertion section tube part 6, and functioning as both of a grip part for gripping the insertion section 2 and a radiating part. A spiral tube 21 forming an innermost layer of the insertion section tube part 6 is made of a high-heat conducting member having a high heat conducting ratio, and the spiral tube 21 and a heat sink 26 composing the radiation part of the insertion section holding part 9 are arranged so as to be firmly attached to each other.
