The present invention relates to an enteric bilayer combined formulation comprising: a first layer containing a telmisartan solid dispersion； and a second layer containing pravastatin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. In particular, the bilayer combined formulation was proven to improve bioavailability at a time when cholesterol synthesis and blood pressure are elevated to the highest by maintaining the stability of telmisartan and pravastatin in the stomach showing a strong acidity and effectively releasing drugs in the intestines which are a basic condition of pH 6.8, and enables patients to conveniently take medicines by being provided as a combined formulation containing two drugs.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018본 발명은 텔미살탄(Telmisartan) 고체분산체를 함유하는 제1층； 및 프라바스타틴(Pravastatin) 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 함유하는 제2층을 포함하는 장용성 이층정 복합제제에 관한 것으로, 상기 이층정 복합제제는 강한 산성을 나타내는 위에서 텔미살탄과 프라바스타틴의 안정성을 유지시키고, pH 6.8의 염기성 조건인 장에서 약물을 효과적으로 방출시킴으로써 콜레스테롤 합성 및 혈압 상승이 최대가 되는 시간에 생체이용률을 향상시킬 수 있음이 확인되었으며, 두 가지 약물을 포함하는 복합제제로 제공함에 따라 환자의 복용 편의성을 증진시킬 수 있다.
